We recognize that not everyone is ready for a full managed service plan. Therefore, we do offer hourly rates. However, it has been proven that proactive maintenance improves system life, uptime, efficiency, and long term savings. Our proactive maintenance program is a fixed flat rate and will save you money over time.

Will I ever pay more than my fixed rate?
Our fixed rate is based on the number of systems and devices you have operating. The only time you will be charged an additional fee is the cost of replacing hardware, adding additional systems, or the cost of software licensing renewals and upgrades.
